This is a quick post to share what think is important information shared by Investopedia. We own all 3 in our various retirement and non-retirement accounts. I am not telling you to do so, but if you want to own these low expense ratio index funds, then these these three are good ones to own.
With no more delay, here is the list:
-
FIDELITY 500 INDEX FUND – INVESTOR CLASS (FUSEX)
-
VANGUARD VALUE INDEX FUND INVESTOR SHARES (VIVAX)
-
FIDELITY U.S. BOND INDEX FUND – INVESTOR CLASS (FBIDX)
Again, I am not telling you to invest in this or anything else, but if you do like low cost index funds, then you might want to consider these.
Some good funds to check out. I’d bet the value fund is fairly attractive given the current market volatility we’re experiencing.

I suspect your thinking is what Investopedia was thinking in posting this article. It certainly has me thinking about this, and I will be posting an article to that effect soon.
